Poco in the Pines offers central heat. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The family room and master bedroom have a window AC unit. To help with flow and cooling the entire house, run both units and set the the thermostat to Fan.
Behind the Pines offers AC & Heat. There is a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom and a portable fan in the downstairs bedroom.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, coffee creamers, and sweeteners. There is a large variety of spices, and basic cooking ingredients.
We've also provided pots, pans, dining sets, utensils, bowls, and
everything we felt you would need to make you feel at home. Take a look around and use anything you need.
There is a grill located outside.

Poco offers a stack of board games under the coffee table suitable for all ages.
